Jean left his family and his birthplace of Burgundy ten years ago to tour the world. Learning of his father's imminent death, he returns to his childhood home where he reunites with his sister Juliette and his brother Jeremie.

After their father passes away just before the harvest begins, the three young adults rediscover and reinvent their familial bonds over the course of a year. In sync with the rhythm of the seasons, they mature and blossom along with the wine they are making.

In the midst of this upheaval, she receives a call from Béatrice, the extravagant mistress of her deceased father, who wants to meet again, thirty years after having disappeared without a trace. Béatrice is a true free-spirit – loud, vivacious, and seemingly without guilt.
