Once the booming home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation, Raccoon City is now a dying Midwestern town. For fans of horror fans, the film lacks both scares and gore. Fans of the game might get a kick out of a reference here and there, but it's a pretty forgettable watch.
